Some banana puree based pizzas some round some star tipped.  Post baked with sliced bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, topped with chocolate ganache and powdered sugar.  Star tips stuffed with mascarpone & blueberry compote.  Caputo 00 flour.

I'm sure someone will eat it, but I would understand if it were made only to gaze upon. It's very arresting.
The yeast flies south in November.
