These are pics of the first time I made Detroit pizzas back in Feb of this year.  I wanted to show them off as I'm new to this forum.  I am pretty active in the Detroit Pizza group on Facebook.  This is Joseph Maino's recipe.  I think it's perfect and I don't really see a need to change a thing.  Still working on finding my perfect cheese blend.

Nice looking pie!  That bottom crust looks killer!  Do you mind posting the recipe you used?

Here it is. I think 2 day cold ferment is the sweet spot. I didn't just double this recipe for my 10x14 pans as they are only 75% larger than the 10x8 this recipe is written for. The recipe card says to just double everything but I increased the amounts by only 80%
I use corn oil in the Lloyd pan.  I use a silicone brush to brush it all on the bottom and up the sides. Baked mine for 18 mins at 470° on the second from bottom rack.
