Looking for a copy of falco's pizza

I grew up by falco's on Archer. I'm living in Mexico now and really want to make a pizza like Falco's if anyone can share a similar recipe I will be eternally grateful.

Ever have any luck with this? This is still my go to having grown up down the block in the 70s and 80s.

I am too.  Went to Kelly High School, met my wife there and had many "dates" with Falcos as the Friday TV pizza, watching Svengooli.
Is the sequence, crust, sauce, sausage with lots of fennel, ant other toppings, then cheese?  and is the cheese a blend?
I want to impress my wife 50 years later...
