Since there is no more Classico purée, have you guys found any substitutes?
I am in the northern suburbs of Chicago, close to the WI border and so far I have not seen Stanilaus or 6 in 1 ground tomato cans in my area.

Have you tried RedPack? Available in the large #10 cans at Gordon Food stores. I am working on a Aurelio's clone as well. What burb you in? I am in Elmhurst.

So I lucked out and did find the Escalón 6-1 can at my local Butera, but it's a huge can. I am guessing you make the whole can and divide the servings and freeze the rest?
