I would like to make up a garlic oil that is offered at little caesers, known as Garpar. The Parmesan could be sprinkled on separately, now I'm not sure. I'm starting to second guess whether they are two separate toppings or not. lol.

Google results are mostly for a dipping sauce. This is not the garlic dipping sauce in the puck, it is more like an oil that is drizzled over the pizza from a squeeze bottle.

It makes an at times mediocre pizza into something that makes your mouth water.
The sauce has a somewhat creamy yet still translucent look that turns clear when it warms up on the pizza.

I think it would be a fun product to clone or get something close. I'm pretty green with different types of cooking so I thought I'd ask to see if anyone else has played around with it.

My guess is that it's made from Whirl or some other super tasty fat that's deadly on the arteries.

(With garlic and parmesan. It definitely contains the parmesan in the sauce, not seperate.)

I found some garlic flavoured Whirl on Amazon, but it was $115 and out of stock, otherwise I'd give it a whirl.  :-D

Looking over Little Caesers nutritional guide, I found a topping for the round pizzas labelled "Butter Parmesan Flavoured Crust".

Parmesan cheese is not offered as a topping, which correlates to what Bobby Lawn said about the Parmesan being in the sauce. It's also probably why I can't recall them specifically putting Parmesan cheese on while I can easily remember them squeezing the sauce on.
It's still possible the local LC does have loose Parmesan, I'll maybe check this weekend. If the owner or even a knowledgeable worker is there, I might be able to find out a little more. It would be cool to get a hold of the packaging.

Another interesting note is that they don't offer the "Butter Parmesan Flavoured Crust" on the deep!deep! dish. Conspiracy?

Here are some of the nutritional facts for the Butpar flavoured crust:

Calories 150
Total Fat (g) 14
Saturated fat (g) 4.5
Trans fat (g) 0.4
Cholesterol (mg) 15
Sodium (mg) 850
Total Carbohydrate (g) 2
Dietary Fibre (g) 0
Sugars (g) 0
Protein (g) 5
Vitamin A (%daily value*) 2
Vitamin C (%daily value*) 0
Calcium (%daily value*) 15
Iron (%daily value*) 0

These values are for the Large 14" pizza. Also worth noting that at least locally, they squirt this all over the pizza.
Only in recent years did they start asking me if I wanted it on the crust or all over. Actual values would be higher in this case.

Also of note under Allergen information it has the boxes checked for Milk, Wheat and Soybean.

I wonder if the protein level would be indicative of real butter?

I'm currently looking over some of the Whirl facts, they kinda have similar features. (18% total fat, 15% of daily Vitamin A)
The ingredients : Soybean oil, Hydrogenated soybean oil. Contains 2% or less of Salt, Sunflower lecithin, Artificial butter flavor, Beta carotene (color), Yeast extract.

I wonder if it's something like the garlic parmesan wing sauce you can get at the grocery store?  If not, I would just try and back engineer it with whatever ingredients you taste.  Maybe start with equal parts butter and parmesan, a tiny tiny pinch of garlic salt.
Oven: Oster 10-in-1 Digital Air Fryer/Toaster Oven Combo (Max Temp 450F) - Steel: 12x12x0.25" A36 - Levain: Natural (started 11/7/23) - Mixer: Couple 'o Hands

As a guy who bought a gallon of Whirl a few months ago, I am here to say that it isn't that tasty. OK at best.
There are many kinds of pizza, and *Most of them can be really good.

You don't eat it cold  :-D

It's likely not Whirl per se, but something similar or proprietary for them.

The reason it's not on the Deep Deep pizzas is cause the Detroiters (and myself) like their cheese to the edge of the pan, there is no crust (on top).

I doubt they could add it on the bottom for ya because they proof it in the pans.

Want me to see if I can get you a bottle? I'm buying some old double tandem pans off my local Lil Caesars franchisee this weekend.

When I had my Blackstone griddle, I purchased a gallon of the Whirl from Gordon Food Service. Not impressed by the flavor, but what I wanted to mention is that they also have the GFS brand of Garlic Flavored Butter Alternative.

That would make sense, it is a "crust" topping after all.

Ya sure, see what you can do.

I'd take one of those tandems too if you are interested in re-selling one. 14" round would be cool to lol, no pressure though.
