It's the 1st. What's next?

Always nice to have a pizza challenge to think about.

I have used lidl ingredients many times for pizza. Fresh mozzarella is definitely good. For tomatoes I like the passatta in the jar.

OK. It looks there might be sufficient interest to revive this board. I'll post one for April/May. I'm going to repeat one of the most popular ones.

Well I am a bit late to the party  but I will  toss a few pictures in too. I try to buy all my groceries from Aldi so this  one would be pretty easy for me.

My favorite is my Greek as I call it. Sauce is Olive oil mixed with  minced garlic, dry basil, tyme, and oregano thin simmer for a bit to mix the flavors.  Then 68% hydration dough  using aldi flour one pack of their active dry yeast and 2.7% salt. Then topped with  prosciutto, artichoke harts, kalamata olives, feta, fresh mozzarella and topped with a bit of fresh grated parm.

I thought i had more pictures but this was the first pizza out of my new oven.  Must have been  a friend that had the other pictures.
