Anyone have any insight into what brand of tomatoes Di Fara is currently using?
For what it's worth, I saw a recent video of them walking through the back of their pizzeria and saw "Mutti" cases on shelves. I'm asking this because I know I've heard other posters say he using vantia

I believe they are Mutti

If you watch the opening video on the NC location it shows some images of Mutti being poured out
