 I'ts become a tradition for the past 3-4 months, I make a dozen pizzas once a week. Refrigerate the leftovers and reheat in an air fryer over the next few days(they taste surprisingly good reheated). Because practice makes perfect right? Oh but perfection is elusive. They say you gotta put about 10k hours into something to become really good at it. Lem' me tell ya, these are gonna be some great 10k hours.

As an Italian, I'd be happy to eat one of those re-heated pizzas out of an air fryer (the best way to reheat a pizza). Really good looking!
