Just out of sheer curiosity, how do you guys remember which pizza is which when your ovens are full of pizzas that look quite similar or have a small, hidden addition like extra sauce?

By rotating them.  Imagine your oven as a grid.  If it fits 6 pizzas, thats 6 slots on the grid.  When you take out a pizza, you move all the others across the grid.

Start them in the back, then move them to the front when they're close to done.

Tickets. If you have 4 pepperoni pizzas in the oven, whichever time is older gets the first one out, so on and so forth.

an easy way to mark unusual pizzas that look similar (such as extra sauce) is with one piece of a different pizza topping that will be removed once out of the oven.  An olive, a piece of green pepper etc.

Just make sure not to use anything that might impart an unwanted flavor or be allergy-sensitive. :chef:
