Here is our pan. This is the first bake on it and the par bake and final bake slid out with no sticking. The pan will only get better with more bakes

We set up the website last night with the new pan and figured out the shipping. We were using the post office prepaid box for the 12x12 pans but they had nothing that would fit the 12x18 and had to go with Shippo and will use it for both pans. This is all totally new waters to Judy and I but our web person walked us through it. It will be a lot easier as it does all the paperwork moving parts instead of us, and also is cheaper to ship. Still working on the price. Should have some to sell soon.

Walter are the corners more sealed up now? I have some 12x12 that work great but some olive oil would leak past that fold in the corners. But it seems like this pan has them almost fully closed up.

The 12x18 are the same, just like the original allied pans were. The more you use them the seasoning will stop that. You can try using less oil.

Mine should be getting here Wed per the tracking.

For the oil out of the corners, as the seasoning builds up it won't happen, but I also don't put as much oil in the corners. Most of the oil is needed at the base to fry up the bottom.
