we went to Fiori's Pizzeria in Brookline, Pittsburgh. Really sweet sauce and dough tasted alright. Super tasty cheese, but super greasy. Spot was about 10 minutes away from Downtown, definately worth the drive. Sausage was heavy and classic. Was looking to try a pie that Portnoy rated in the 7s.

I eat the shhh out Fiori's living here. There is a reason it is a very popular shop. Cheese is creamy - provolone mainly with a touch of mozz. Also, their sausage is some of, if not, the best I've ever had anywhere. No filler, just a clean, lightly seasoned pork sausage. If you are used to lighter amounts of cheese on pies (most anywhere outside of Pittsburgh) I recommend ordering light on the cheese. If you aren't afraid of grease, order extra cheese. If you want soup, order extra cheese, double pepperoni, and extra sauce. :-D I've been to places all up and down the east coast and still regard Fiori's as a must have.

Technically OP spelled "Pizzaria" wrong as that's their name  8)

Either way, I'd crush a few slices of that.
