After several years of making and using solid wooden dough proofing boxes for my pizza doughs and other baked products I have decided to produce these boxes for home use.  :pizza: :chef:

The look great. One change you could make that is really nice is to have the middle of the bottom protrudes slightly to fit snugly into the top of the box below it. Makes for great sealing and stacking.

Thanks Craig! I like your idea and had considered this but wanted to keep production as simple as possible. I may revisit this idea in the future.
