2 Chicago-style pizzas this month

Had a chance to make family and friends a couple pizzas while visiting home in the USA. 

First was a Malnatti-style deep dish, with hot sausage and spinach. Sorry no slice photo. 

Then a Giordano's-style stuffed pizza with hot sausage, mushroom and spinach. Whole and slice views. 

I definitely prefer my Malnatti-style pizzas.

The Malnatti comes from the several long threads right here in the forum. The Giordano's dough recipe is from the Top Secret Recipes site.
