AIr Pressure Heat Pressure In the Oven

Hi so I have bought a pizza oven:

Now it heat up good and everything and i am making a good dough it seems. But the problem with it is it seems to not cook the middle part good. When I try cook pizza in normal oven (it takes longer) it seems to even taste better and cook ok.

Did I just buy a glorified TOASTER? It seems the heat from top is high it heats the stone good. But when I open the oven door there is not a waft of hot air which should HIT my face? it seems the heat is escaping through the metal sheets or whatever its made off? SO it seems to be toasted the pizza at high heat? Its not even cooking it right? Are all these pizza ovens a scam or did I buy something bad or its just me??

I used this recipe for 1 dough ball:

150g 00 flour
90ml water
3g dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt

Left for 2 hours.
