Hello all,  I just took delivery of a halo versa 16 pizza oven today.  I also took delivery of a Cuisinart  non-stick bakeware 14" pizza pan  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000D8CAO/?tag=pmak-20
Reading the instructions on the back of the pan it says oven safe to 450 degrees.  Obviously the halo will be in the 600+ degree range when cooking NY style pizza's.  Has anyone used this pan at these temperatures?  Is it safe?  The amazon description says nothing about this temperature restriction.  The included instruction sheet mentions this.

I don't use non stick pans for anything and would certainly avoid putting it in a high temperature oven. Some people bake pizzas on an aluminum screen which is a better choice.

Thanks PNW, my thought was to use this like a disk pan/sheet for launching and bottom crust burn control.  Use to launch and halfway remove and put pizza back on stone direct.  I won't use this pan for that though.  Thank you.

A pizza screen will do as you've described, I used to use one the same way with my Halo. About 2 min will do it. It can also be used to slow down the bake on the bottom, if you were to launch your pizza directly on the stone and the bottom is cooking too quickly you can slip a screen under the pizza.

Pans like that may be ok for frozen pizza with a par-baked crust, but not much else.
