To which I responded:

QuoteSince you asked, why do you call this a "Pizza Steel?" https://madeincookware.com/products/pizza-steel/12-6-inch

It's not a pizza steel, it's a perforated carbon steel cutter pan which is VERY different from a pizza steel.

And received the following:

QuoteHi Craig,

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you bringing up the distinction between a pizza steel and a perforated carbon steel cutter pan. We understand the difference, and we'll take this into consideration as we continue to refine our product descriptions.

Thanks again for reaching out, and feel free to let us know if you have any other thoughts or questions!

Best regards,

I still don't think they knew what a pizza steel was when writing their description.

"Thank you for your feedback!"

They are in a frenzy of delight.
A bad pizza is not a good pizza. More bad pizzas are enjoyed than good pizzas. Pizza.
