US Chef'Store - Trumps, Lancelot, Caputo

A US Chef's store just opened near me -  most of the items were in quantities designed for restaurants,  but it had a nice flour selection including Trumps,  Lancelot and Caputo.  The blue label Caputo was about a $1.00 a pound, though the smallest bag was 50 pounds.  They had similar sized bags of Trumps and Lancelot, and also smaller bags -around 20 lbs-  and the pricing was close to 50 cents a pound,  if I read pricing right.   I use home milled wheat, so I didn't buy any , but posted in case someone may be interested.  There is no membership required.  https://www.chefstore.com/locations/

We have chefstore and none of those flours. Also most of the cheeses are of unknown names and mostly bland.

Would be nice if they carried wheat berries for us.

Our Chefstore: a few Grain Craft flours (e.g. Power and 00) and none of the OP brands.

Sorry to hear.  They just had the grand opening here two weeks ago, they may be trying out different flours to see what sells.  They did not have any wheat berries.

One opened by me in Atlanta. They have the Caputo, but didn't see Lancelot. They do have shredded grande whole milk and the 50/50, so I'm excited to try the grande whole milk.

Haven't seen Caputo or Grande at the SLC Chef'Store but i may as well check again next time i am in that neighborhood.

They have Graincraft and some Bob's Red Mill products. I get my Galbani Professionale there.
