Cannoli Pizza-This time I got a pic!

Getting a little tired of Nutella pizza, and trying to think of something different for the September dessert pizza challeng I came up with cannoli pizza. This is really good, and really easy. For the cannoli filling I sweeten good fresh ricotta to taste w/ powdered sugar, add 1/2 t vanilla extract per cup of ricotta and a pinch of salt. Whip until smooth and stir in a handful of dark chocolate chips. Bake the crust, spread on filling, top w/ nuts, and mint (I was out of mint  ).
