  • Tried one of these sunday, it was awesome!    it's a 14".    I poured on 4 beaten eggs, some mozz cheese then a little precooked sausage and bacon.    Gotta be careful sliding it into the oven, cause the eggs want to run everywhere!   I built up a little ridge around the edge of the dough to hold the eggs in better.

  • Hey Woody,

    I like to periodically make these and my kids love them. My only difference is that i will scramble the eggs just until the are a little on the "wet" side and then spread them out on the dough.

    These make for a really filling breakfast!
