I've been eating Round Table (RT) pizza for over 40 years. I grew up with it here in CA. It's one the best pizzas in all of CA. Their sauce is particularly good. So, I developed a knockoff sauce that is very close to RT-red-sauce.
This recipe will make about 3 large pizzas. It can be expanded, of course to larger batches quite easily.
I've tried many different brands of tomato paste, including 365 Organic from Whole Foods and I've come to the
conclusion that any brand will work just fine. It's rumored that RT uses Heinz, but it's not going to make any
difference, based on my testing.
No cooking necessary. Just mix well and it's ready. It does get better if left in the refrig. for a day. Keeps in the
fridge for weeks.
I'm not using a full 11 herbs and spices here, but the end result is very close to RT red sauce.

fennel, and finally a peppery finish.)
