The pizza bible says that his go-to flour is “Power Flour from Pendleton Flour Mills” but when searching for it everywhere, I found a "Power Flour, High Gluten" from Grain Craft at Cash & Carry restaurant supply. 

When looking at the origins on the Grain Craft bag, it says Pendleton, Oregon as one of the two sources for the flour... is this the same stuff just rebadged?  What do you guys think?

Nevermind!!!!  I guess I should have did a more extensive google search before posting.  But I'll leave this up for others who are in my boat!!!
