This is Fast Crust Pizza plate made out of food grade aluminium sheet.

Measures 30cm by 37cm and 0.8cm thick or 12 inches by 14.5 inches by 0.31 inch thick
Custom sizes can be quoted too.

The advantages over steel are that it is much more conductive, in fact 7 times better.  Apart from having better performance you do not have to worry about rust.  We have perfected the size and weight for ovens which lack high temperature, it preheats in 30 minutes and tested with continuous bakes up to 6 pizzas.

Metal            Thermal Conductivity [BTU/(hrft⋅F)]
Aluminum            118
Steel                      17

Sold for 55 dollars plus shipping via paypal or bank transfer. This is a special pizzamaking.com forum price, normally sold for 70 dollars.

We are based in Malta and starting selling these this year after 2 years of testing different materials an sizes.  The manufacturing is all done in house, we also manufacture 2 other models which are reversible, ideal for grilling and BBQ.  Fast Crust Griddle and Fast Crust III. Will be uploaded separately.  You can follow us on Facebook, website coming soon, or see our products on Ebay too.

Feedback and suggestions are appreciated too. Thanks.

We are looking for partners in US and Europe to expand distribution.

Cheapest quote is 25 dollars, so total would be 90 dollars. Would that work for you? I may be able to give you a 5 dollar discount.
