DS Dough: Sourdough Starter and ADY Combo

Hello folks,

I'm experimenting with combining my sourdough starter and ADY for my Detroit style dough, but a little unclear as to how much to use in my recipes.  So far I've been just adding about 10-20% starter in addition to the normal ADY amounts, the taste hasn't suffered however.  I know some pros use starter with a pinch of commercial yeast so I'm thinking I'm overdoing the ADY.  Is there a reference or any particular guidance with regard to combining them?
