My Forno Piombo Wood Fired Oven Build
« on: April 26, 2016, 10:21:27 PM »
After years of searching I finally found what I was looking for. A classic Pompeii Brick oven, made in the US at a reasonable price. Imagine that. No brick veneer, no cast refractory concrete. I don't have skill as a mason so getting a real hand built brick oven built by a craftsman was just a dream.

Today, I put a deposit on my Forno Piombo Wood Fired Oven. If you are looking for a WFO that is well built from real solid materials, check these folks out.

Here is the link to their site: http://www.fornopiombo.com/

I plan to post pictures of my build over the next several months. I can't wait. This oven looks stout!
