Experiment to see if Starters can be contaminated

i leted it stay out side 1 and half hour and puped it into the oven 225cl and yes first 20 minutes with stainles steel bowl cover and 20 without. the israeli flour with 73% water in it is like puddle.
thats its ready i am going to the oven.

chau you are genius! no sour taste what so ever.
we are getting somwere. there is a lot to go but we have progress.
very moist, another hour before baking outside would do the job you were right chau.
finally my wife ate from it thats mean it have somthing there.
the crumb was dense and like i said i have a lot of work a head of me. its 1 am here and i hate to eat in this hour, i ate more then half my self with butter and parmegiano cheeze and olive oil and... now my stomach hurt.
note to self- to not bake after 8pm.

Michael, I'm glad your bread came out well.   Thanks for updating the thread with pics.   The bread looks pretty good.

I'm no genius Michael, but thanks for saying that.  Just willing to try new things is all.
