I've been making pizza for years and this was my first atempt at a dessert pie. I spread melted butter all over dough then maple syrup, maple coated chopped walnuts, cinnamon sugar and drizzled lightly with honey. When finished lightly seasoned with sea salt. It was incredible, it only needed a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream to have been any better. Once I let it cool a bit it set up nicley and my wife said it taseted almost like carmel. The honey and maple products all home grown/made brought to the party by my cousin from NJ.
