Cinnamon Flat pizza (as opposed to Cinnamon Roll)
« on: January 19, 2015, 10:32:20 AM »
Had some leftover ingredients from making cinnamon rolls the other day and tried them out for a dessert pizza.  So far, this has drawn rave reviews from guests.

Just brush melted butter on the dough, sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture and bake.  Drizzle with frosting made with powdered sugar, milk, cream cheese and a little bit of lemon juice.

My wife would love that. Was this any lighter than a roll ? I guessing it may have been since it was flat when baked.
