I had a thought to try making a dessert pizza, which is a take off of the camping staple S'mores...Using graham flour (a very surdy wheat blend flour), sugar, butter, milk, egg for the crust, chocolate syrup or nestle bars for the "sauce" and marshmallow's for the "cheese"...I'll post the results as I'm waiting for my KA Graham flour to arrive. I'll be attempting to bake in my wood fired oven, at residual high heat...not sure how this will fly, but i'll post the results. If anyone else has an idea how to best pull this off, let me know, I think this could be a great way to cap off a night with a few extra thousand calories!
