Today's dessert pie

Slight coat of olive oil, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar mix, spread of ricotta and peach preserve (pre mixed), berries and small bits of buffalo, some more sprinkled cinnamon sugar. Dough is NY style 8 day CF. Baked in Blackstone pizza oven @ 600F =/- stone and maximum heat. Came out quite well.
