Replacing part of dough with preferment?

Hey all, I'm trying to find out how to take a normal dough recipe and retrofit a poolish into it. Say that I wanted 20% of the total dough to be poolish.

I use a dough calculator- specifically the one developed by our own forum members: https://pizza-dough-calculator.herokuapp.com/calculator
Just plug in the numbers.
