VPN Michigan
« on: August 22, 2021, 02:26:07 PM »
I finally went to Pizza e Vino, one of two VPN shops in Michigan. I had the Margherita, Christie had the gluten free Doppio Pepperoni.

The Margherita was very good, perfect combination of light, soft and crisp dough. The GF was very good too. Although they say they make the flour in house, it tasted exactly like Caputo Fioreglut.

The service was as good as it gets too.

One of the nicer looking GF pies I've seen.

I agree, it was very light.

I'm guessing that "in house" means they aren't using purchased gf hockey puck crusts.

Do you mean that they're saying they make all the flour, or just the GF stuff? I'd have a very hard time buying the claim if they said they were making all of it.
If we're not questioning the reason for our existence, then what the hell are we doing here?!
