This guy I know Joey is opening up a pizzeria in a week or so called Portavino's. I know him and everything, so he wants me to make some pies for him. Problem is I don't know oogatz about makin pizza pies. He's gonna train me soon, but I'd like to go in there knowing some stuff off the bat, yah know. And it's an NY style pizza shop. If that helps.
