« on: December 20, 2018, 01:53:49 AM »
Working on this.  Korean/Italian infused pie.

Dough rubbed with garlic and tomato
Corn meal mixed in with the flour on the table for the bottom, work it in as well
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano or Basil?
Peppers and Onions  (various peppers, trying jalapeno and Pepperoncini, and jalapeno and yellow/red bell)
Good seasoned Bulgogi (Korean style meat) and Prosciutto sliced pieces
Little bit of micro greens, like a herb mix

Cook the pie, one min or so from being done add some sliced cherries and grapes

Garnish with chopped green scallions

Drizzle two ways, opposite each other, Mariana Sauce and a Garlic/Pesto Sauce

How did it turn out? I've been experimenting in that direction too.

I think it turned out great, i didn't take pics of the finished ones, i have been overwhelmed with a move, closing out a partnership and getting into the restaurant with a re-make of the menu, etc.

But the person whom will define this is actually a Korean woman and she is awesome at kim chee, bulgogi and calbi, i mean---even if you are full you continue to eat her food type of good.
