Hello my name is Sam and I’m new here. I’m wanting to open a pizza shop as I already run two other restaurants and always wanted to get into pizza. The goal is for it to be only delivery and carryout, but I’m noticing that a lot of pizza shops are up for sale. Kind of scary and don’t know really what’s going on. Even a lot of Papa johns are up for sale. I was wondering on your guys input. Thank you
