Wood Fired Pizza Trailer

In search of a Wood Fired Pizza Trailer Builder. I'm open to any referrals, suggestions, ideas. The plan is to build a catering business with the trailer and then parlay the trailer into a wood fired truck. This is of course, if I don't fall in love with the simplicity of the trailer that is.

There are a lot of places that put ovens on trailers. I think the oven (size, design, materials) depends a lot on what you want to make. Personally, I would start my search with Antoine at Breadstone Ovens.

Are you in the AVL area/NC? I’ve recently been looking into this and comparing options in western NC. I think companies that mount their own ovens are the safest option, but I’ve also been curious about a custom mounted oven. Feel free to send me a message if you’d like to chat.
