Hey, pizza addicts. Is there anybody on the forum in SW Michigan who's ready and willing to go in on a small pizzeria with a fellow forum member? I don't really have capital to invest, but I believe I'm at the point with my recipes and processes where I'm ready to get rolling, and I have a business concept and complete (very simple) menu for something that's definitely never been done here, or at least not for real. I'm in Kalamazoo, and I would prefer to set up shop here, but I would consider other areas within driving distance for me that have potential (except Battle Creek).
