Would this require special ventilation hookup?

Can somebody tell me whether or not an oven like the one posted would require a special ventilation/hood hookup to use?  From what I understand, electric ovens still need vent and hood, but what about these smaller countertop versions?

I plan on using something like this in a location that sells pizza.
