Alta Cucina Date Code

Just picked up my first can of #10 Alta Cucina and wanted to figure out the date it was canned. Any ideas?

My guess is there is a Julian date in there - something like 2239 =  239th day of 2022.

Best bet is to simply call their customer service and ask.
