Tonight's pie

I made the dough emulating L&B Spumoni garden's, but my wife doesn't like the upside down style pizza, so i put the cheese on top.

So basically its L&B style dough, nice and soft, but with a traditional presentation with cheese on top. Nice pillowy dough. My first try with this style. I think i put too much sauce, because I had L&B on the mind and all i could think of is how they put tons of sauce.
