This looks like a pretty slick prep board, how the side hangs off your table and has topping containers is a pretty genius idea.  I have a table for my Versa 16 which has no free room, and I have a large Ooni prep table. And I either can't fit everything I want on it, or I slim down what I'm using and it just barely fits.  With the containers not taking up any space on the table, it would free up a ton of room for me.   I wouldn't buy this at Ooni or Gozney prices, but $60 doesn't seem too bad.

This thing is money, the amount of room it free's up on my prep table makes my pizza night way easier. I use to have to stack and unstack stuff constantly because there wasn't ebough room. With this I no longer have to stack anything.  It's also made from Bamboo, so I don't notice any friction when I try to open my dough balls on it like I did with my wood board. I emailed Solo and asked if they had plans to sell the containers separately. They said no, which sucks because 3 more would be nice and I've never seen off the shelf ones these size.   They should have used standard 1/8th tray thingies but nope.
