Pizzeria IDA-- Burlington, VT

You guys should go follow these guys on Instagram. No website, no public phone number (displayed on their Instagram story when its time to order at 4pm). Very legit. Guy is from Philly suburb in NJ I'm pretty sure.

I've had their square pie. It was outstanding. Expensive, but outstanding. All of their products are. They stand out in Vermont. It's the Jersey touch. There's no one like them in the Green Mountain State.

Good looking food, prices are a lot higher than I've ever seen.

Reminds me of UPN back in the day.  Ill bet you get what you pay for like you did there.

Lots of price comments on yelp too.

The square pie looks kind of like a Sicilian canotto lol!  Nice to see someone doing something original.

Nearly everything is organic/local or comes from Gustiamo. He just installed pizzamaster ovens. The real deal

Looks a lot like quad cities style pizza to me.
If we're not questioning the reason for our existence, then what the hell are we doing here?!

I have been there twice in the past month, really cool people and operation. Big pizzeria beddia influence I think (old gold finishing cheese, and they're from philly, this is not a knock).

They have been doing these italian subs, I got one, and holy crap was it incredible. Their instagram inspired me to start doing sourdough, I wonder if they'd ever break off a piece of their starter for kicks.

I'll say that the pizzas do suffer from takeout with covid, I have to keep the top open while I drive home, these things are RICH

First picture was my first pizza that got messed up on the ride home, about a 5 minute drive. Last photo I learned my lesson and took extreme care with it :D

Man you know what, I was trying to decipher this flavor the sauce had, it instantly reminded me of my favorite pizzeria growing up, which wasn't an expensive place. I wanna say it was like, a smoke flavor? I really can't describe it but it instantly brought me back and now I'm on a search for what it was.

Can’t wait to try this place. The way he goes in & out with the camera on instagram makes me dizzy but the pies & hoagies look awesome.

I bought an italian sub when they were making them, and honestly, I may have liked it more than the pizzas it was that freaking good. HUGE too. Might go back for just subs later this week.

My wife is sick so I got the ice cream tonight, haven't cracked it open yet but here's some photos of the upside down pie (ingredients in photo from menu)

The sauce is so freaking good, I can't tell if it's cooked or not, I think I would guess it is.

I think it's just crushed gustiamo san marzanos. If you follow them on insta, they are pretty responsive to questions. Some of the coolest people in the biz...nice folks.

Nice thank you. I def do, I asked about starter percentage and fermentation time but no dice heh. Pretty specific question so I don't blame them.
