I've been looking around for awhile now for some deep dish pans, but there're no stores in my area that have anything even close.  If someone knows a good place you can order them from would they be so kind as to share it?  Thanks a bunch.

I bought my regular deep dish pans from http://www.pizzatools.com ... very happy with them.

BUT...

Before you buy a regular deep dish pan, you may want to consider a removable bottom deep dish pan. See the thread titled "Removable Bottom" in this forum (or click here: http://www.pizzamaking.com/yabbse/index.php?board=6;action=display;threadid=67).

Using a regular pan, it's difficult to get the whole pizza out of the pan and onto a serving tray. Most people divide and serve the pizza straight out of the cooking pan... this results in scrapes and cuts to the pan's seasoning. A removable bottom pan allows you to easily pop the whole pizza out of the pan so you can cut and serve it on a serving platter or cutting board.

I got one from Sears.  They carry Chicago Metallic and seems to be good quality.
