Pizza Plates

not sure if this is the right place to post this info, but just wanted to give those that might be interested a heads up on some quality 12.25" pizza plates at a fantastic price. just received my order and am very happy with them so far, especially considering that they are both attractive and appear very solid (which suggests they will hold up well to the daily use in my pizza operation).

Nice find, thanks. Are they completely flat or do they dish out a little? It kind of hard to tell form the picture but it looks like it dishes out a little 3/4 the way to the edge but maybe thats the way the picture is taken.

Not sure Robert will respond since he doesn't post much, so I will tell you that in a PM discussing these plates, he told me:

in a perfect world i would like a slightly flatter plate, but these are extremely shallow, even moreso than the very shallow coupe dinner plates i've been using for the last 3+ years.

as bill said, not as flat as i would like (i.e. not as flat as the classic pizza plates used by da michele's, bianco's, una, etc.) but a very workable substitute imo... especially considering the quality and price.
