where can I find a ROCKER?

I've searched everywhere for the giant rockers that they used to cut pizza, except for the Internet. I'm looking for one that will slice pizza in one rock, and they are often found at pizza restaurants. Where would I be able to find one?

Try a restaraunt/food supply store. Restaurant supply stores are great resources. If you don't have one nearby, ask the manager of a restaraunt you frequent if he can order you one.

Dizzys_Gal,
If you do a simple Google search (e.g., pizza rocker) you will find several places that sell pizza rockers. For example, see
http://www.pizzatools.com/productdisplay.aspx?catid=40
,
http://www.pizzatools.com/productdisplay.aspx?catid=30
,
http://www.acemart.com/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=RSHPR180-20
and
http://www.restockit.com/browseproducts/Pizza-Cutlery-.html
, just to cite a few places. You will note that the rockers come in different lengths—to accommodate different size pizzas--and can have handles at both ends or only one end.
As you will note from
http://www.pizzatools.com/productdisplay.aspx?catid=61
, Pizzatools also carries a product known as the “Equalizer” It is used to cut an entire pizza into slices at one time, with a rocking action. That convenience comes at a pretty stiff price, as you will notice. Plus you may need the cutting board that goes along with the Equalizer.
