I made this peel few years ago. Itīs 14,17 inch wide and handle is 50 cm. Material is aluminium and 3 mm thick. Holes in peel i drilled 5 mm using Gi-Metal peel as template.
Handle is birch and i made it using turning machine. I like it very much, because it is not too slippery to make a final strecht on peel.
