good source of wood in Arizona

Look up "orchards" in your area. They always have wood available!

Berry bros or Paul Bunyan. Bunyan will do a small split.

If you're in AZ then mesquite is every where. It burns hot and has a good flavor. Not authentic, but I like it.

I get my wood at 1418 E Aire Libre Ave, just off the E Greenway Parkway in Phoenix. They are reasonably priced and have great selection of pecan, oak, mesquite and other hardwoods. There is another firewood place next to them, so make sure you go to this place! Phone # is 623-680-9171

Is this the one with the little old lady's? At least that is how the wife described it. And they had the driest shaggy juniper I've ever picked up. Not for cooking but sure smells good on a cold night.
