Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for a perforated 16 inch peel pizza? I don't see a lot of options online. Thanks!

Thanks! The GI metal is what I'm looking for but I'm not sure I need it enough at that price.

You can get American Metalcraft a lot cheaper, not perforated though.

You really don't need a perforated peel unless you use a TON of bench flour. Like 02ebz06 says, you can get American Metalcraft for $15-20. Seems like a good bet to give it a try. I have a GI peel and a AM peel and use them both depending on the oven. I really don't think there is a meaningful difference in performance.

Thanks yea someone mentioned that wooden peels work much better and I've had a lot of success with that. I think I also had been under kneading my dough which made it stickier and I realized that was the issue not the peel.

We have wooden, aluminum and stainless steal peels. Just depends on what type of pizza/bread you are making. We also offer $20 off to forum members. https://www.breadstoneovens.com/collections/cooking-tools
