I'm looking to get a blue steel pizza pan, 40cm by 30cm for pizza in teglia Romana.
I was going to get the Paderno one, but it seems to be out of stock at all the European Amazons.
But the Ballarini is in stock. Is it pretty much the same quality? It does seem to get even slightly worse reviews than the Paderno, hopefully from people not understanding how to use it.
