The topic of similar cheese cutting tools comes up every now and then, but this is the first 2 step cheese guitar I've seen. Being used at Wheated in Brooklyn.

I have a homemade wooden one that is very similar, some wires broke on it though!

Pretty cool.  Safer for the fingers than a shredder.
