Tools for a Newbie
« on: June 08, 2022, 06:23:42 AM »
I am looking for starting puzza making equipment (peels, pans, brushes, ember rake/mover etc). Amazon is the lazy way out. Can peeps recommend anything in particular? I am aiming at wood peel (New Star Foodservice 50240 Restaurant-Grade Wooden Pizza Peel) for placing and aluminum for removing. Any suggestions appreciated

Here's one place. I'm pretty sue that's where I got my wooden peel and pizza screens, but that was a long time ago.

Restaurant depot is the best place to get everything (or some kind of restaurant supply store).

A lot cheaper than online prices and no shipping charge. Cambro storage containers are infinitely cheaper than the prices on amazon.
